Kim Peffley

Kim Peffley has 14 years of experience in the retail industry. Kim began their career in 2005 as a Store Manager at Kabelin Ace Hardware. Kim was then promoted to District Manager and General Manager of Retail Operations at the same company. In 2019, Kim joined the North American Hardware and Paint Association as a Retail Consultant and Director of Organizational Development & Consulting.

Kim Peffley attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1999. In 2019, Kim obtained an Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In 2020, Kim became an Authorized Partner from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
