Caroline Calderon

Caroline Calderon is a seasoned benefits and human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at NAPA Management Services since January 2022, Caroline manages a wide range of responsibilities including workers' compensation, leave of absence, short-term and long-term disability, open enrollment, COBRA, and 401k profit sharing, alongside ACA tracking and customer inquiries.
