Robert Sanders

Robert Sanders is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in applications administration and technical support. Currently serving as an Applications Administrator at North Bay Regional Health Centre since June 2008, Robert has led the ITIL Access Management Process and acted as the Service Desk Supervisor. Significant contributions include managing the Interactive Symptom Assessment and Collection (ISAAC) setup for the Hospital Cancer Centre and assisting with a major hospital relocation. Prior experience includes technical support roles at One Kids Place Children's Treatment Centre and extensive work as a Systems Analyst at the University of Calgary, where Robert maintained a large medical database while ensuring compliance with network security requirements. Earlier, positions at Calgary Board of Education involved technology support and implementation of computer labs. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from DeVry Institute of Technology.
