Lily Nicole is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, education, and the arts. Currently serving as a Field Staff Organizer for the North Carolina Association of Educators, Lily also holds positions as the Head Deck Hand at Wilmington Technical Foundry and Program Coordinator at Sokoto House, specializing in community program management and impact evaluation. As a co-founder of the Wilmington School of the Arts, Lily advocates for arts inclusion and alternative educational methods to combat the school-to-prison pipeline. Additional roles include Executive Director of the lowercase leaders, focused on community education outreach, and various positions in technical and artistic roles at Thalian Hall Center for Performing Arts. With over a decade of experience in modeling and acting, highlighted by features in notable publications and campaigns, Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
