Breyana Davis

Breyana D. Davis, MPH, serves as the Executive Director of Research Operations at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, overseeing the HBCU Health Equity Data Consortium. With extensive experience as a Special Projects Consultant for Upstream Consulting since December 2018, Breyana creates relevant content and assists with community-based health promotion projects. Previously, Breyana held leadership roles at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, guiding efforts in health equity and supervising teams addressing COVID-19 health disparities. As an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Georgia Southern University, Breyana has contributed to program development and curriculum changes in health sciences. Additional roles have included community engagement and teaching positions, supported by a Master’s in Public Health from Armstrong State University and ongoing doctoral studies at East Carolina University.
