Carol Miles

Carol Miles has extensive experience in the technology and analytics fields, currently serving as a System Analyst and Business Analyst at the North Carolina Department of Revenue since November 2009. Responsibilities include writing requirements in ITIL format, developing business cases, and managing projects. Prior roles include Senior Programmer/Analyst/Network Admin at Davenport and Business Analyst at USA TODAY, where programming skills in Lansa and RPG were utilized. Carol's career began as a Computer Programmer/Operator at Union Carbide and as a Computer Programmer in the US Army, where COBOL was used on various systems. Carol holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology from Troy University Dothan.
