Sarah Goldman

Sarah Goldman is currently the Community Programs Director at North Carolina Outward Bound School. Sarah also serves as the Program Director for Outward Bound Professional & Virtual and works as a Field Instructor and Professional Facilitator. In addition to their role at NCOBS, Sarah is the Founder and Head Coach of Action First Coaching. Prior to their current positions, Sarah served as a Police Officer in the Arlington County Police Department and as a Firefighter/EMT in the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department. Sarah holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Appalachian State University.
