Sandra Bowen

Sandra Bowen has been a director at the North Carolina School Boards Association since 2018. Prior to that, they were an adjunct instructor at Central Carolina Community College from 2003 to 2010, and a communication instructor at Wayne Community College from 2010 to 2018. Sandra has also taught at East Georgia State College and Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Sandra Bowen has a Master of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Valdosta State University.
