Laura Marion

Laura Marion has extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as an Information Security and Compliance Specialist at the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State since February 2017. Previously, Laura held the position of Director of Internal Audit at the NC Office of the State Auditor from January 2008 to February 2017, and served as an Assistant State Auditor specializing in IT audit. Laura holds a degree in Cybersecurity Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Meredith College, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
