Huong Le is a Research Analyst at The Duke Human Vaccine Institute since June 2024, specializing in the expression and analysis of recombinant HIV-1 antibodies and envelope proteins, as well as conducting various molecular biology assays. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University for courses related to molecular biology and cell line development, and completing an internship at Shattuck Labs focused on CHO cell line development and protein purification. Earlier roles include a Research Assistant position at the University of Science - Laboratory of Stem Cell Research and Application, where projects involved stem cell research and application for dental tissue regeneration, along with teaching responsibilities in Animal Cell Culture Techniques and Medical Biotechnology. Huong Le holds a Master’s degree in Biomanufacturing from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Science - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
