Nic Lotzer

Nic Lotzer has extensive experience in human resources. They are currently the Director of Human Resources at North Central Health Care since October 2022. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at the same company from December 2021 to present.

Prior to their current role, Lotzer worked at Festival Foods as an HR Manager/Market Lead for the Eau Claire Market from December 2019 to December 2021. They also held the position of HR Manager/Market Lead for the Central Market from April 2019 to December 2019, and as a Human Resources Manager from May 2016 to April 2019.

Before joining Festival Foods, Lotzer gained experience as an HR/Risk Manager at Capstone Logistics, LLC from April 2015 to May 2016. They also worked as a Human Resources Manager/Inventory Manager at Dental Crafters, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2015.

Lotzer began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at CURT Manufacturing, LLC from October 2010 to February 2013. They also worked as a Human Resource Assistant at Mega Management from April 2010 to August 2010.

In 2008, Lotzer gained early experience in the field as a Human Resources Intern at Saint Josephs Hospital from May 2008 to August 2008.

Nic Lotzer attended University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associates of Science and Arts degree in General Business. Nic then pursued further education at University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management.
