Eloy Ricardo

Eloy Ricardo has been with North Collier Fire Control & Rescue District since January 2001, currently holding the position of Fire Chief. Throughout their career, Eloy has also served as Assistant Chief and Firefighter within the same organization. Eloy was the owner of North Naples Elite Management Services from February 2014 to December 2019. As the District Vice President of Florida Professional Firefighters from 2006 to June 2019, Eloy demonstrated their leadership skills. Before that, Eloy worked in operations at Cordis from 1995 to 2000. Eloy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Services Administration from Columbia Southern University, as well as degrees in Paramedic from Medical Career Institute and Fire from Miami Dade College.
