John Melvin

John Melvin is a Director and Shareholder of North Construction & Building Pty Ltd, where John oversees construction operations. With over 100 staff members, North Construction works regionally throughout NSW. John also served as a Site Manager across multiple projects, ensuring the completion of projects. Additionally, John is a key member of TEC Key Group, focusing on continuous learning and growth. Previously, John worked as a Site Foreman/Manager at Hansen Yuncken, where John delivered projects based on key KPI's. Furthermore, John was a member of Preston Lodge Rugby Club for over a decade, enjoying the family-oriented atmosphere and playing from u14's to 1st XV. John holds a degree in Advanced Crafts Carpentry & Joinery from Telford College, Edinburgh.
