Victoria Kuebler has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning over three decades. Victoria'smost recent position is as the HR Director of Compensation & Benefits at TrueCare, a role they assumed in November 2021. In this position, Victoria is responsible for implementing company-wide compensation policies and programs. Victoria leads a team of HR professionals, focusing on compensation, benefits, total rewards, and HR information systems.

Prior to their current role, Victoria worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at SDSU Research Foundation from March 2010 to November 2021. Victoria was responsible for various HR functions during their tenure.

Before that, Victoria held several other key positions, including Senior Consultant at Wolf Management Consultants, Inc. from October 2008 to March 2010, and Principal Consultant at ToriMark Consulting from February 2008 to March 2010.

Victoria also had a significant role at California Coast Credit Union, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Strategic Planning from 1997 to 2008. In this role, they directed all HR and training programs and established strategic planning processes.

Earlier in their career, Victoria held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Eagle Rehab Corporation, Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and Systems at Caremark Orthopedic Services, and Senior Compensation Analyst at The UNO-VEN Company.

Victoria began their career at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as a Supervisory Analyst in 1989 and followed this with a position as an Associate Regulatory Examiner at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas from 1986 to 1988.

Throughout their career, Victoria has gained extensive experience in various aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, leadership development, talent management, recruitment, and HRIS. Victoria has consistently exhibited a strong ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and has successfully led teams in achieving these objectives.

Victoria Kuebler earned their BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, where they studied from 1983 to 1985. Prior to that, they obtained an AA in Business Administration from South Plains College, where they attended from 1981 to 1983. Additionally, Victoria holds various certifications including Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, and SHRM People Analytics Specialty and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Victoria obtained the SHRM People Analytics Specialty in February 2020 and the SHRM - Certified Professional in November 2015.
