Talfourd H. Kemper, Jr.

Fourd serves as past chair and continues on the executive committee. Fourd is OF Counsel with Woods Rogers PLC with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities, licensing and other intellectual property matters, and the representation of high-tech entrepreneurs. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review.
