Niamh Tynan

Niamh Tynan is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a Systems Control Officer at North East Lincolnshire Council since July 2023. Prior to this role, Niamh worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer at St Andrew’s Hospice from March 2023 to July 2023, and as an HR Advisor at Linkage Community Trust between November 2021 and April 2023. Niamh began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education, where employment lasted from August 2017 to November 2021. Niamh holds a CIPD Level 5 diploma in Human Resources Management from The Grimsby Institute and completed studies at Franklin Sixth Form College from 2015 to 2017.
