Nicola Stark

Nicola Stark has extensive experience with North East Lincolnshire Council, holding various roles since December 1996, including Strategic Lead - Transformation Business Partner and Local Government Officer. Nicola also served as a Transformation Business Partner and Digital Business Analyst, specializing in digital delivery for projects. Additionally, from January 2019 to July 2022, Nicola was the Project Lead for the Total Transport One Stop Shop, while also acting as the Adult Services Transformation Lead. Between July 2013 and April 2017, Nicola was a joint owner of Union925 Jewellery.
