The Strategic Leads team at NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL is responsible for driving key initiatives and shaping long-term strategies across various service areas. Members focus on research, cultural development, supported learning, skills and employability, strategic communications, environmental management, data insights, and special community projects to enhance the overall quality of life and economic prosperity in the region.
