Clara Sanchez

Clara Sanchez serves as the AI COE and Accelerator Lead - Product Manager at North Highland since May 2021, where Clara leads AI readiness and scaling initiatives through a Center of Excellence model, managing a core team of 8 full-time members and up to 50 part-time contributors. Previously, Clara drove Agile transformation at Everest Insurance, facilitating the implementation of SAFe practices and enhancing organizational agility. Other roles include spearheading strategic business development for Middle East portfolio expansion, serving as Senior Service Delivery Manager and Lead Agile Coach at Jaguar Land Rover, and overseeing various positions in service delivery and quality assurance at Indra. Clara holds multiple degrees from Universidad de Salamanca and the University of Birmingham, including a Master in Business Administration on Information Technology Systems.
