Robert Barnes

Robert Barnes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and compensation management. Currently serving as AVP of Sales Operations at North Highland since January 2018, Robert previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales Operations at Mercer from June 2014 to January 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Compensation Manager at Cox Communications and as Manager, Sales and Broker Compensation at Humana, where Robert also worked as a Sales and Finance Consultant and Compensation Analyst. Early in the career, Robert gained valuable experience as an intern at UBS Wealth Management and as Testing Laboratory Manager at GEM Engineering. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Louisville.
