David Moikeha, MD, FACEP, COL, MC, FS, USA, currently serves as an Emergency Physician and Assistant Medical Director in the Emergency Department at North Hills Medical Center since October 2004 and as an Emergency Physician at Las Colinas Medical Center since July 2004. Moikeha holds the rank of Colonel with B Company, 94th Combat Support Hospital, 807th Medical Demonstration Support Command, since August 1989. Additional commitments include roles as an Eagle Scout with Troop 55 in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, and as an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 841 and a member of the Scout Committee for Troop 8888 in Coppell, TX. Previous experience includes serving as Medical Director at ER at Alliance from August 2011 to December 2014 and completing a General Surgery Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center from July 1993 to June 1994. Moikeha's education encompasses a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine and an Emergency Medicine Residency at Akron General Medical Center, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
