Bridget Peppin

Bridget Peppin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Bridget began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Elbow Lake Ambulance in 2004. Bridget then worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Va Health Care Systems from 2008 to 2009. After that, they joined Hays Medical Center as a Registered Nurse from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Bridget joined North Memorial Health and held various roles throughout their tenure. Bridget started as a Nursing Supervisor from October 2010 to December 2014. Following that, they became a Clinic Manager from December 2014 to May 2016.

Their career at North Memorial Health further progressed as they took on the role of Associate Director of Cardiology from June 2016 to December 2016. Finally, Bridget served as the Director of Operations from December 2016 to the present.

As the Director of Operations, Bridget demonstrated their expertise by overseeing and managing multiple departments, including Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Surgery, and many more. Bridget is recognized as a top leader and has achieved exceptional patient experience ratings for five consecutive years. Bridget also possesses strong communication skills and is able to effectively convey medical information.

Bridget Peppin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Fort Hays State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended North Dakota State University from 2004 to 2006 to study Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, but did not complete a degree. Bridget also holds certifications as a Registered Nurse from the Nursing Minnesota Board of, and as an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from North Memorial Health.
