Aditya Agarwal

Aditya Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the field of reservoir engineering and research. Aditya began their career as a Research Intern at ONGC, where they gained practical knowledge in various field operations. Aditya also worked on projects related to enhanced oil recovery and drilling fluid additives.

Aditya then joined Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research as a Research Intern, where they further developed their research skills. Aditya conducted research on topics such as coal combustion and its effect on environmental pollution.

Aditya later joined Texas A&M University as a Research Intern, where they conducted PVT analysis of CO2 and explored the application of particle swarm optimization in the oil and gas industry for well placement.

Aditya then joined Reliance Industries Limited as a Reservoir Engineer, where they gained experience in reservoir management and evaluation.

After that, they joined Shell as a Petrophysics Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in petrophysical evaluation techniques.

Aditya then pursued their graduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, where they served as a Graduate Research Assistant. During this time, they further honed their research skills and contributed to various research projects.

After completing their studies, Aditya re-joined Shell as a Reservoir Engineer, working on projects related to reservoir development, formation evaluation, and reservoir simulation. Aditya was involved in analyzing geological data, history matching reservoir models, and optimizing reservoir operations.

Most recently, Aditya joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Reservoir Engineer, where they are currently serving as a Senior Reservoir Engineer. The details of their specific roles and responsibilities in this position are not provided.

Aditya Agarwal obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.
