Aditya Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the field of reservoir engineering and research. Aditya began their career as a Research Intern at ONGC, where they gained practical knowledge in various field operations. Aditya also worked on projects related to enhanced oil recovery and drilling fluid additives.

Aditya then joined Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research as a Research Intern, where they further developed their research skills. Aditya conducted research on topics such as coal combustion and its effect on environmental pollution.

Aditya later joined Texas A&M University as a Research Intern, where they conducted PVT analysis of CO2 and explored the application of particle swarm optimization in the oil and gas industry for well placement.
