Benjamin de Poumeyrol, PhD, CEng MEI has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Benjamin currently serves as the Head of Compliance, systems, and methods - Finance at North Oil Company Qatar, where they manage a team of four experts and is responsible for shaping the development of the finance department. Benjamin focuses on areas such as delegation of authority, segregation of duty, and internal controls. Additionally, they lead the business performance team in corporate planning and is responsible for CEO reporting material for external stakeholder engagement. Benjamin has also worked as a project manager in field operations, where they implemented a new project portfolio management software and developed business processes.

Prior to their current position, Benjamin co-founded Portagraf.com in 2020. Benjamin has also held various roles at Maersk Oil, including portfolio management in the operations function and business planning in finance and business support.
