Masood Bathusa has had a long and diverse work experience in the field of electrical and instrumentation quality control (QC) inspection. Starting in 2013, Masood worked as an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor for SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd, where they monitored contractors' site activities and ensured compliance with project documents and standards. From 2014 to 2018, Masood served as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd., reviewing vendor and subcontractor deliverables and reporting on daily production progress.

In 2015, Masood joined VTTI B.V. as an Electrical and Instrument QAQC Inspector, coordinating with contractors and vendors to inspect and test electrical and instrumentation equipment. From 2017 to 2018, Masood worked as an E&I QAQC Inspector for Eversendai Offshore RMC FZE, overseeing inspection activities for topside modules and living quarters on multiple projects.

In 2019, Masood took up the role of a Client Representative EIT QC Inspector for ADNOC Group, Rosetti Marino Group of Companies, and SSE Renewables, where they coordinated with contractors and vendors, performed inspections, and supported daily QC reports. In 2020, Masood served as a Client Representative EIT QC Inspector for ADNOC Group, overseeing retrofit projects for MV switchgear and LV feeder replacement.

In 2021, Masood joined SSE Renewables as a Client Representative EIT QC Inspector, coordinating with Petrofac and subcontractors for various inspection activities related to electrical, instrumentation, and telecom equipment installation.

Most recently, in 2022, Masood joined Saipem as a QC Inspector-Electrical and Instrumentation, monitoring demolition activities and conducting material receiving inspections. Masood is currently working as a Client Representative CompEx E & I QC Inspector for North Oil Company Qatar.

Throughout their career, Masood has consistently demonstrated their expertise in electrical and instrumentation quality control, coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Masood Bathusa received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Gomathi Ambal Polytechnic College, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, completing their degree from 2004 to 2007.
