Raushan Bayetova

Raushan Bayetova has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Raushan has worked at a variety of companies in different roles.

Raushan started their career at Maersk Oil in 2008 as a Petroleum Engineering intern. After that, they continued their journey at Maersk Oil, taking on roles such as Wellsite Engineer, Petroleum Engineer, and eventually becoming a Drilling Engineer. Raushan worked at Maersk Oil until 2017.

In 2017, they joined North Oil Company Qatar as a Senior Drilling Engineer. Raushan then progressed to roles such as Lead of Performance Improvement, Knowledge & Compliance, and currently serves as the Team Lead, Drilling Engineering.

Raushan Bayetova began their education in 2005 at Kazakh-British Technical University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Raushan completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. Following this, they enrolled at Imperial College London in 2009 and completed a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2010.
