Sélima Jamel

Sélima Jamel has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, as well as HR systems. Sélima started their career at OMV in 2009, where they served as a Compensation & Benefits and HR Systems Expert until 2013. Following that, they joined Maersk Oil and held the positions of Compensation & Benefits Advisor from October 2013 to September 2015, and then Head of Compensation & Benefits from September 2015 to May 2017. Currently, they are employed at North Oil Company Qatar, where they hold the position of Head of Compensation & Benefits.

Sélima Jamel earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, studying from 1998 to 2002.
