Susan Parrott

Susan Parrott has over two decades of experience in the transportation and customer service industries, currently serving as a Sales Account Executive at North Park Transportation since June 2002, following roles as a Sales Support Specialist and Senior Customer Service Associate. Prior experience includes serving in the US Navy as Personnel from June 1995 to August 1999, and as a Customer Care Professional at Chico Towing from January 1991 to August 1994. Susan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, obtained between 1997 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, completed from 1995 to 1997, with earlier education at Olympic College from 1991 to 1992.
