Edwin Roe

Edwin Roe is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at North Ranch Country Club since March 2022. Prior to this position, Edwin Roe held various roles at The Riviera Country Club, including Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, and Sous Chef from November 2011 to March 2022. Earlier in the career, Edwin Roe worked as a Sous Chef at JW Marriott from December 2007 to November 2011 and began as a Line Cook at Saddle Peak Lodge in 2007. Edwin Roe's culinary education was obtained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, where attendance spanned from 2005 to 2007.
