Edwin Schaap

Edwin Schaap has extensive experience in design and marketing roles in the waterwear industry. Edwin started their career at Visual Works as a 3D Graphic Designer before moving on to Mystic, where they held various roles including Marketing Creative and Head of Design. Edwin also founded their own company, ELSHEEPO | Creations. Currently, they are working as a Design Director at Mystic, and recently joined North Sails as a Design Director as well. Throughout their career, Edwin has demonstrated their expertise in product identity design, managing creative teams, and developing marketing communication designs.

Edwin Schaap completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their studies at ROC Leiden from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a degree in MBO 4 Middenkader with a focus on Bouwkunde. Following their time at ROC Leiden, Edwin continued their education at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2006. Here, they attained a degree in HBO, specializing in Bouwkunde. Finally, Edwin pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communication & Multimedia Design from 2006 to 2010 at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
