Miklas Schaper

Miklas Schaper has extensive experience in the sailing industry, currently serving as the EAP Licensee and Agents Account Manager, as well as the Head of Operations for North Sails since October 2014. Prior roles include working as a Honorartrainer at Norddeutscher Regatta Verein and as a Segellehrer at Segelschule Pieper. Miklas also gained experience as a Werkstudent at Buss Group and as a student assistant at TauRes GmbH. Academically, Miklas holds a Master of Science in Finance from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Hamburg (2009-2014).
