Molly Schissler, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Molly began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Medical Advances, Inc. in 1994 and stayed with the company until 2000. Molly then moved on to Rockwell Automation where they worked as a Human Resources Manager for their Corporate & HQ division from 2004 to 2005. In 2007, Molly joined Norlight, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. After a year, they moved on to Foundations Bank where they held the position of Vice President, Human Resources from 2008 to 2010. Molly then joined North Shore Bank and took on increasingly senior roles within their Human Resources department. Molly served as Vice President, Human Resources from 2010 to 2016, Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Compliance from 2017 to present, and will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer starting in December 2022. Molly's work experience also includes a role at MRA, where they served as Director, HR and HR Training from 2000 to 2007. In this role, they focused on training HR professionals and developing certification preparation programs. Molly's diverse experience and leadership roles demonstrate their expertise and commitment to human resources.
Molly Schissler, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a focus on Human Resources and Communications. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field. Molly obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 1999. Molly also holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in March 2006. More recently, Molly obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2017.
