Chris Ilsley

Chris Ilsley serves as President & CEO of InnoVenture Labs since June 2018, leading strategic expansions into disruptive innovation to enhance support for the innovation landscape in Massachusetts. Chris holds board member positions with the British Charitable Society, North Shore Chamber-Commerce, and North Shore Technology Council, contributing to regional development. As Principal at Flintloch, Chris promotes innovation-driven entrepreneurship across academia, business, and government. Chris also mentors entrepreneurs at MassChallenge and MIT E-Teams, and previously held roles including VP of Business Development & Partnerships at InTeahouse Inc. and Director at MassInsight - Innovation Partnership Network. Prior experience includes serving as Consul, Head of Science and Innovation at the British Consulate-General Boston. Chris holds an MBA from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and further qualifications from CIM and Cleveland State University.
