Todd Henchen

Todd Henchen has worked in a variety of roles in the operations and supply chain field since 1995. Todd's career began as a Production Planner at Mactac Engineered Products, before moving up to Materials Manager. In 1999, they took on the role of Operations Manager and then Director of Operations at Mara-Mi, Inc. In 2006, they became the Director of Purchasing & Operations at Blanks/USA. In 2010, they took on the role of Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Midwest Rubber Service & Supply Company. In 2011, they were the Sourcing Manager at Spectrum Plastics Group, and since 2013 they have been the Vice President Operations and Supply Chain Manager at North States Industries.

Todd Henchen obtained a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota between 1998 and 2001. In 2009, they completed a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Computer Electronics from Mid-State Technical College between 1989 and 1991.
