Kathy Fingal Mpa

Kathy Fingal, MPA, currently serves as a Medical Administrative Assistant at North Texas Area Community Health Center, Inc. since February 2021. Previous roles include Administrative Specialist and Funding Assistant at the University of Connecticut, Program Coordinator II at Lone Star College-Tomball, and Project Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Office of Graduate Studies. Kathy's experience also encompasses serving as a Regional Enrollment Network Coordinator for AmeriCorps, where responsibilities included developing a volunteer network to educate consumers on the Affordable Care Act. Kathy began their professional journey as the owner of Maison Belle Victorian Wedding Chapel, specializing in wedding and event planning. Kathy holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Agency Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis on Business and Healthcare and Public Health, both from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
