Christina Gruettke

Christina Gruettke has worked at a variety of companies since 2013. Christina began their career at Workbridge Associates as a Sales and Recruiting Lead, where they worked with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies located in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. Christina then moved to Lucas Group in 2016 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Manufacturing Division. In 2017, they joined Netflix as a Technical Recruiter, hiring top talent for the company. In 2018, they became the Lead Technical Recruiter at Gusto. In 2021, they were promoted to Manager of Engineering Recruiting at Bolt. Currently, they are the Head of People at Northbeam.

Christina Gruettke attended Arizona State University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology.
