Kate Schiffelbein

Kate Schiffelbein is an experienced leader in the field of business intelligence and customer operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations at Northbeam from July 2023 to January 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Head of Business Intelligence at Triple Whale from December 2022 to June 2023 and was the Director of Business Intelligence at Kentik from December 2021 to December 2022, where processes and Agile principles were implemented to enhance team efficiency. Kate also contributed as the Business Intelligence Engineering Manager at Paciolan from September 2019 to December 2021, overseeing the transition to modern BI tools, and played a vital role in launching LOCATE Inventory as Manager of Reporting and Partnerships from April 2014 to September 2019.
