Diane Wilburg

Diane Wilburg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the insurance and financial services industry. Diane is currently working as Director of Group Benefits at Northbridge Financial Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of National Manager at Wawanesa Insurance from 2018 to 2023, where they were responsible for building and maintaining a broker network to achieve business goals. From 2017 to 2018, Diane worked as a Living Benefit Specialist at RBC Insurance, where they launched a new division focused on delivering Living Benefits solutions for high net worth clients. Diane also worked as a Living Benefits Expert at Great-West Life from 2015 to 2017, where they provided strategic insurance solutions in partnership with Wealth Advisors. Diane's previous experience includes roles such as Senior Product Manager at Edward Jones, Living Benefits Consultant at Canada Life, Vice President of Business Development at Daystar Financial Group, Regional Sales Manager at Serre Financial, and Director of Business Development at Freedom 55 Financial. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in sales, business development, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Diane Wilburg completed their education in Business Administration - Marketing at Red River College Polytechnic from 1993 to 1996. Diane also obtained various certifications related to insurance and financial advising from Advocis, including a Branch Manager Certification in 2008, a Level II Life Insurance License in 2003, and multiple certifications from the Canadian Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Additionally, they completed the Life Underwriters Association Training Course in 1999 and obtained a Life, Accident, and Sickness License in 1998.
