Marta Pires

Marta Pires, CHRP has extensive work experience in human resources. Marta is currently the Human Resources Director at Northbridge Financial Corporation since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dassault Systèmes from 2017 to 2018, where they developed innovative HR strategies and solutions to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Marta also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bechtel Corporation from 2007 to 2015, where they acted as a strategic advisor to senior management and implemented talent management and succession planning programs. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bechtel Corporation from 2004 to 2007, where they provided front-line customer service and coordinated learning and development activities.

Marta Pires, CHRP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal. Marta is also a Certified Human Resources Professional, accredited by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
