Ben Russell

Ben Russell is currently the Vice President, Talent at Northeast Credit Union since May 2023. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Global Human Resources Consultant at ST Engineering iDirect from August 2022 to December 2022. Ben also has experience as a Writer at In Pursuit of the Great American Novel from January 2014 to July 2022, where Ben completed the first draft of their novel, The Orchid Boy, and co-founded a writers' group. With a strong background in talent and human resources, Ben previously served as Senior Vice President at Bullhorn, where Ben played a key role in building the company's talent management strategy. Ben also has experience in corporate recruiting roles at various companies. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
