Elizabeth Morse, JD, currently serves as General Counsel at Northeast Family Services since June 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held significant positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including Program Compliance Branch Chief and Equal Opportunity Specialist, where responsibilities included investigating discrimination complaints under various civil rights laws. Elizabeth's earlier career includes a role as a Law Clerk (Investigator) at the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as well as Associate Counsel at MacLachlan & Allen, LLP, representing clients in family law and other legal matters. Elizabeth's diverse professional background also encompasses positions in customer service management and executive assistance, contributing to strong organizational and leadership skills. Elizabeth earned a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
