Damilola Onifade

Damilola Onifade is a Staff Attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services since September 2022, previously serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of NJ Middlesex from August 2021 to August 2022. Damilola gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice and the United States Attorneys' Offices, as well as a Compliance Intern at Community Investment Strategies, Inc., where training in affordable housing qualifications was undertaken. Damilola also held roles as a RU Voting Student Coordinator at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, contributing to civic engagement by registering over 300 students to vote and researching presidential candidates. Additional internships include legal research for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission and assistance to Congressman Bill Pascrell. Damilola holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
