Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District
Darnell Brown was appointed to the Board by the City of Cleveland Mayor in September, 2001. Mr. Brown is the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Cleveland. He attended Ohio University and is also a member of numerous professional agencies, including the Cuyahoga River Remedial Action Plan Coordinating Committee and the Doan Brook Watershed Partnership.
