Thomas Ulisse

Thomas Ulisse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Executive at Caldwell Marine International since October 2021, Ulisse has also held the position of Project Executive at Northeast Remsco Construction since December 2005, managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $55,000,000. Prior to this, Ulisse was a Project Manager at Whitesell Construction Company, Inc., and a Senior Engineer at PKF Mark III, Inc., contributing to various heavy highway and treatment plant construction projects. Ulisse holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University, completed in 1995.
