Douglas Howard is a Sales Representative at Northeast Sales Distributing Company and is also involved in the Sales Leadership Development Program at Gallo, both since July 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Retail Salesworker at Olive Juice Kids from September 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included restocking apparel and enhancing customer experiences. Douglas served as Director of Lifetime Membership and Reference Chair in the Delta Delta Delta Sorority from November 2020 to April 2023, successfully leading recruitment efforts. As President of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society from August 2021 to April 2023 and Chairman of Events for the Ole Miss Student Alumni Council, Douglas coordinated various initiatives to engage alumni and foster mentorship. Additional experience includes roles as Head Lifeguard at BACC Acres Country Club and Hostess Server at Proud Larry's, both contributing to strong customer service and multitasking abilities. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, graduating in May 2023.
