Pan Zhao

Pan Zhao began their work experience as an Assistant Teacher at Peking University from September 2012 to May 2014. They then worked as an Assistant Manager (CICPA) at KPMG China from October 2014 to April 2017, where they performed statutory audit engagements, participated in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and focused on the supervision of overseas assets for large state-owned Chinese companies. Most recently, Pan Zhao worked at Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. as a Vice President from August 2017 to the present, where they conducted due diligence on Jiangsu Aolunda High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. and provided guidance services for its pre-IPO.

Pan Zhao received a Master's Degree in Financial Information Technology from Peking University, from the years 2011 to 2014. Before that, Pan Zhao completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Northeastern University (CN), from the years 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Pan Zhao obtained certifications such as CICPA from The Ministry of Finance, P.R.China in December 2015 and Red Hat Certified Technician from Red Hat in December 2008.
