Olivia Laura Charnock

Olivia Laura Charnock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and account handling. Currently serving as Fleet Performance Manager and previously as Performance Process and Insight Manager and Conductor at Northern since September 2020, Olivia has developed a strong background in optimizing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Key Account Manager and Surveyor at Rentokil Pest Control United Kingdom from November 2017 to September 2020, as well as serving as a Graduate Management Trainee at Rentokil Initial from March 2017 to September 2020. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Lancashire, completed in 2015, with research focused on the use of aptamers as selective molecules for glioma tumors.
