Anand Subramaniam

Anand Subramaniam has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Anand is currently serving as the Sr Director - Education Loan & Personal Loan at Northern Arc Capital since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Head - Education Loan at Bank of Baroda from July 2017 to December 2021.

Before Bank of Baroda, Anand held the position of Head - Sales & Product at Avanse Financial Services Ltd. from June 2012 to May 2017. Anand also served as the Vice President Marketing & Business Development at First Blue Housing Finance Limited from July 2011 to June 2012.

Anand has a strong background in the financial services sector, with previous roles as Vice President & Product Head at AIG Home finance India Limited from September 2007 to June 2011, and as Vice President at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd from 2004 to 2007.

Prior to their venture into the financial sector, Anand worked as a Territory Manager at American Express T from 2001 to 2004. Anand also served as a Franchisee Manager at ICICI Bank from June 2000 to May 2001.

Anand Subramaniam's early career saw him in managerial positions at Ford Credit Kotak Mahindra, where they worked as an Area Manager from May 1997 to June 2000, and at DHL Worldwide Express, where they held the role of Sales Manager from June 1994 to May 1997.

Anand Subramaniam attended ITM from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing at the Institute for Technology and Management during the same time period.
