Briana Islamaj

Briana Islamaj has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Briana started their career as a Bank Examiner at the Massachusetts Division of Banks in 2014 and worked there until 2016. Briana then joined Envision Bank as an AVP Project Manager, where they oversaw the Project Management Office and managed Bank-wide projects. Briana worked at Envision Bank from 2016 to 2022. Briana is currently employed at Northern Bank as the Director of Business Process Transformation, a role they assumed in 2022.

Briana Islamaj attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Briana also has additional certifications, including the "5-Day Digital Business Transformation Challenge" from CXO Transform and being a graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies from the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
