Brynna B. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at NCPA since July 2015, Brynna coordinates recruitment processes, conducts new hire orientation, and provides ongoing HR support while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Prior to NCPA, Brynna worked as a Human Resources Manager at RC Willey and a Human Resources Executive at Target, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, training, benefits administration, and safety programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Public Affairs Specialist in the United States Air Force, focusing on media relations and communication. Brynna holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico, along with an IPMA-CP certification.
